Return & Exchange Policy

At Inkspire Tattoo Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services and customized artwork, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Touch-Up Policy

  • We offer free or paid touch-ups depending on the design and condition.
  • Touch-ups must be requested within 7–14 days of your appointment.
  • Proper aftercare must be followed to qualify for a touch-up.

Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice.
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable, but may be adjusted for future appointments.

Merchandise

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced after verification.
